49 executive single family lots. Craftmark and NVHomes were the builders with sales starting in the Fall of 2002 and completed in 2003.


Belmont Glen Village • Status: Current

Belmont Glen Village is the second phase of the Belmont Glen community. With 196 lots with public water and sewer, Belmont Glen Village is located on Goose Creek with dramatic views to the west. Rezoned in 2004, construction began late 2010 with the first lots delivered in spring 2012 to Van Metre, Craftmark and Brookfield builders.

Courtland • Status: Completed
Watson Road and Manor House Road, Courtland, Evergreen Mills, VA

Courtland, located in the Virginia hunt-country south of Leesburg, offered country living as an alternative to tract subdivisions. The project consisted of 16 ten acre and 4 three acre home sites. Sales and development began in September of 1979 and were completed in 1981.

Forest Ridge • Status: Completed
Forest Ridge Drive and Pepperridge Place, Sterling, VA

Forest Ridge is a 550 lot community near Route 7 in eastern Loudoun County. Two builders, Ryan Homes and Halle Enterprises, began purchasing lots in 1977 for move-up housing development. The Ryland Group began purchasing lots in 1985. Sales were completed in 1986.

Goose Creek Bend • Status: Completed
Intersection of Creek Bend Place and Gulick Mill R, Leesburg, VA

21 hamlet and conservancy lots in a 36 lot community on Goose Creek, purchased from a lender in 2009. Lots sold to custom home buyers and Brookfield Homes with sales completed in 2010.

Lakes at Belle Terra • Status: Completed

36 one acre cluster lots. Lots sold to Craftmark Homes beginning in the Fall of 2003.

Leesburg Square at Exeter Hills • Status: Completed

Long Meadow • Status: Completed

Long Meadow at Oatlands is a 205-acre country property located minutes south of Leesburg, Virginia. The historic Oatlands Plantation, a National Historic Trust estate, is adjacent to Long Meadow and sets a tone of quality and history unsurpassed in Loudoun County. The project included 50 single family detached well and septic lots.

Lovettsville Town Center • Status: Current

Mixed use development in the heart of the Town of Lovettsville. The Community was successfully rezoned in 2002 to include creation of Town Square with Berlin Turnpike and Broad Way routed around square. Project includes commercial/retail and 203 single family detached lots. Construction started in July 2005 and continues with Ryan Homes.

Old Sterling Gable • Status: Completed

This community is a townhouse development owned by Old Sterling Gable Ltd. Elm Street managed development of the first section with lots sold to the Ryland Group. The second section purchased by the Ryland Group was undeveloped.

Stone Fox Estates • Status: Current

Located on Gleedsville Road south of Leesburg. This beautiful 81.6-acre property consists of 16 single family detached lots with public water and private drainfields. Site development is complete. Craftmark Homes is building the few remaining homes.

Village of Waxpool • Status: Completed

Executive community with 193 one acre cluster lots. Sales started in 2005 by Brookfield, Craftmark and NVHomes. Final sales occurred in 2011.



Woodburn • Status: Completed
Harmony Church Road and Woodburn Road, Leesburg, VA

Rural style development of 32 lots on an estate formerly owned by Rudolph Nureyev, the Russian dancer. Purchased and developed by Elm Street Development and Harvest Communities, Inc. Lots sold to individuals and Wetherburne Homes.

Woodlea Manor • Status: Completed
Woodlea Drive and Meade Drive, Leesburg, VA

This 301-acre property is located on the southwest side of Leesburg, Virginia. The property was developed into a move-up community of 475 single family homes. The subdivision has quarter acre lots and a community recreation facility with a swimming pool and tennis courts.
